Sessions are guided towards each individuals specific need/dis-ease at the time of treatment. In many sessions more than one issue may be resolved.
As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals. I welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver to you a treatment that is beneficial to the mind, body, and soul.

After being involved in 2 accidents, my mind and body felt very tense, I was filled with anxiety and wasn’t sleeping. I work with Cote and know how dedicated she is in promoting health and well-being for your entire mind, body and spirit. She asked me one day how I was doing and I was sure she was going to be afraid she asked, BUT, she just said with a big smile, “Let’s schedule a 30 minute Reiki treatment”. I arrived for our appointment and entered a room that was dimly lit and had beautiful soothing, calming music playing. I removed my shoes, got comfortable and closed my eyes. Since my eyes are closed, I’m not really sure what Cote is doing, but I start to feel myself relax. I feel more open and feel myself starting to breathe in a more relaxed state than I have been able to do. I heard my mind telling me to let go of everything past and to be in the now. I saw beautiful shades of yellow, orange and blue. I felt calm! I felt somewhat renewed. I didn’t want our session to end. I still feel many of the benefits of that one Reiki session. If you have the chance, you should definitely try to experience the magic of Reiki thru Cote. She is wonderful!! You will feel SO good. You won’t want to hear her say, “ok, we’re finished”.

I was impressed with Cote's professionalism with which she conducts herself. She explained the entire process thoroughly, which made me feel especially comfortable throughout the treatment. This was my first time trying reiki, though I have used massage for several years. I was surprised that I walked away from the treatment with a feeling of relaxation similar to that of massage but without any physical contact. That's how I knew it was working!
